	This newly furnished one bedroom, one bath condominium is located in the Oceanfront Kona Reef Complex near downtown Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii's Kona Coast. Our affordable professionally managed vacation rental features a master bedroom with ceiling fan and a queen size bed. The dining/ living room has a queen sofa-sleeper and a full entertainment center. The balcony/ lanai offers another dining area, great for outdoor meals with ocean views. The condo is also equipped with a washer/ dryer and air conditioning.
The condo is approximately 3/4 mile from friendly downtown of Kailua-Kona on Alii Dr. Just a short walk from great coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. It’s less than a 5 minute drive to some of the Island's finest beaches; Magic Sands Beach and Kahaluu Beach Park, which offers some of the best snorkeling anywhere. The Big Island is also home to the world-famous Volcanoes National Park and host to the Ironman^® Triathlon every October.
	The Kona Reef complex provides multi-level parking and elevator service to all floors. Our unit is located on the third floor of building B and offers a nice view of the water from the lanai through lush tropical greenery. The private 3^rd level lanai offers secure outdoor storage for bikes, diving, and surfing gear. We know you'll enjoy our condo as much as we do! Have a wonderful stay. Lynn and Steve
